Shipping Information

Shipping Time
We will ship every order within 4-13 business days, unless otherwise stated. 

Incorrect Addresses
AuroraZen Jewelry can not be held liable for any errors in delivery due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
AuroraZen Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Once the package is handed over to USPS, we will not be held liable for any undelivered or lost packages. Any disputes regarding such issues must be directly taken up with USPS.

Damages and Issues
We offer a 48-hour grace period upon delivery so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work towards a suitable solution. 

Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
